Terms of Service

I want you to feel completely confident in our connection. All first-time sessions include a "Compatibility Window" during the first 5 minutes of the reading:

• The Process: If, within the first 5 minutes, you feel that our energies are not aligned or the reading is not resonating, you may choose to end the session immediately.
• The Refund: If the session is terminated by either party within this 5-minute window, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• The Limit: Once the session surpasses the 5-minute mark, the service is considered "active," and the full fee becomes non-refundable.

For sessions involving passed loved ones, I honor the practice of Silent Inquiry. You are encouraged to hold your questions mentally. Please note that while I strive to provide the highest level of channeled insight, mediumship is an interpretive art. Results are for guidance purposes and do not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

• Client Cancellations: To receive a full refund (outside of the 5-minute guarantee), please cancel or reschedule at least [24/48] hours before your appointment time.
• No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled session within 10 minutes of the start time, the session will be cancelled without a refund.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.

Irina Rey reserves the right to terminate a session at any point if a client is being disrespectful, abusive, or if the connection is not being established. If terminated by the practitioner within the first 5 minutes, a full refund will be issued.
