1. The 5-minute satisfaction guarantee

All first-time sessions include a compatibility window during the first five minutes of the reading.

• If, within the first five minutes, you feel the connection is not present or the reading is not resonating, you may choose to end the session.
• If the session is terminated within this window, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Once the session surpasses the five-minute mark, the service is considered active and the full fee becomes non-refundable.

2. Mediumship and channelled work

For sessions involving passed loved ones, you are encouraged to hold your questions mentally. While every effort is made to provide the highest level of clarity, mediumship is an interpretive process. Sessions are for guidance purposes and do not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Client cancellations: To receive a full refund, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• No-shows: If you do not attend within ten minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled without a refund.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.

4. Right of refusal

Irina Rey reserves the right to terminate a session at any point if a client is being disrespectful or abusive, or if the connection cannot be established. If terminated by the practitioner within the first five minutes, a full refund will be issued.

5. Nature of the service

Intuitive sessions are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. All sessions are for personal guidance and clarity only. By booking, you acknowledge this.

6. Privacy

All session details remain strictly confidential. No recordings are shared or distributed without explicit consent.
